Before you purchase you can check live demo that you are buying. If any confusion about plugin features you can ask a question on our support forum or send us email to [email protected]. Our support team will answer your all question related to our products. Our refund policy is as follows.
Cases we offer refund:
- If your purchased item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed;
- If the product you purchased is completely non-functional;
- If the product materially different from the item description or preview that we actually offers;
- You have to request for refund within 14 days of purchase.
Cases we don’t offer any refund:
- You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
- You simply change your mind;
- You bought an item by mistake;
- The item did not meet your expectations;
- Existing plugins or themes creating conflicts;
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
- You can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation);
