Try Before Purchase

Before you purchase you can check the live demo that you are buying. If any confusion about plugin features you can ask a question on our support forum or send us an email at [email protected]. Our support team will answer your all questions related to our products. Our refund policy is as follows.

Cases we offer refund:

  • If our support team is unable to resolve issues with our plugin.
  • If your purchased item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed;
  • If the product is materially different from the item description or preview that we offer;

Cases we don’t offer any refund:

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • You simply changed your mind and found another solution.
  • You bought an item by mistake;
  • The item did not meet your expectations;
  • Existing plugins or themes creating conflicts;
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation);
